Nigerian Breweries donates clinic, medical equipment to NIS

The Nigerian Breweries Plc, has donated a clinic, medical equipment and 100KVA generating set to Nigeria Immigration Service, Ikoyi, Lagos State.
The items commissioned last week were witnessed by both junior and senior officers of the agency.

Making the donation, MD/CEO of the company Mr Johan Doyer, who was represented by his Corporate Affars Manager Kufrey Ekanem said the initiative was executed in line with the company’s philosophy of winning with Nigeria and identifies with the vision and mission of key stakeholders in the Nigeria project.
Imploring the agency to utilise the donated items, he said as an operating company of the world’s most international beer company, its operation requires a huge traffic of personnel into and outside Nigeria. “As a net exporter of talents within the Heneiken world, our activities also involve frequent transfer of our people to different parts of the world. In this regard, the cooperation we get from the Nigeria Immigration Service as Nigeria gate keepers is a critical part of our overall sucess on an annual basis.
“We have executed similar initiatives in the field of heath, education, youth empowerment and talent development for other stakeholder groups.
In a few weeks, we will gather together to identify the “2017 Maltina Teacher of the Year”. This initiative which identifies, motivates and reward exemplary teachers in Nigeria is another part of our educational contribution to the development of our nation”
He urged the agency to strenghten its security and prosperity of Nigeria through proacrtive, effective and efficient migration management adding.”
